Produce “baguettes” from old tshirts

February17

As seen on Martha, these one of a kind produce “baguettes”, made from recycled tshirts, will help keep your fresh fruits and veggies away from plastic.

Marcus and Martha!

We hate seeing mounds of plastic bags leaving the farmers market, or any store for that matter. Try bringing a handful on your next shopping outing, or if you’re crafty, make your own!

I heart reusables

Any link on how to make them? They seem very useful and it’s a great way to have bags that you obviously find stylish in some way.

I am a teacher at a public school. I am interested in making the T-shirt bags with my 5th grade students. I could not tell how they were made from only the pictures. Is there a site where I can go to get more information about them?

I love this idea! As a person who cares about our animals and the planet, I’ve been looking for cheap and stylish ways to ditch plastic bags that let me express my personality. I just wish there were instructions how to make them!
